Section 11028 - Disbursement of Funds(a) Upon receipt of the signed loan agreement and the signed, notarized promissory note, the RRHP loan officer shall authorize the preparation of the loan checks; one check payable to the group home's landlord for the first and last months' rent and security deposit, and the other check payable to the group home to cover other necessary expenditures in accordance with Section 11008.(b) Loan checks shall be sent to the payees by registered or express mail upon receipt of the loan agreement and the promissory note.Cal.
