(a) Each program shall have a current procedure manual. (1) The protocol which is approved by the Department may serve as the working procedure manual.(2) Each program may adopt a separate procedure manual.(b) The procedure manual shall set forth detailed information about all facets of program operation.(c) Each treatment staff member shall be familiar with the provisions of the program's protocol and procedure manual.Cal.
