Section 9434 - Fees for Additional Alcohol Services(a) Fees paid by or on behalf of persons receiving services shall be used for providing additional alcohol services.(b) Additional alcohol services are any of the services specified by Division 10.5, Health and Safety Code and shall be described and budgeted in the plan.(c) Such fees shall be expended in the fiscal year collected or the fiscal year following, subject to the approval of the county board of supervisors and the Department.(d) Counties should give initial consideration to allocating fees to the collecting provider.Cal.
