Section 620.1 - Acting Director of Local Mental Health Services

If a county is unable to secure the services of a person who meets the standards set forth in Section 620, the county may select an Acting Director of Local Mental Health Services with appointment limited to a 12-month period subject to the approval of the Director of the Department.
