Section 4014.1 - Certification of Evaluation(a) The Evaluator shall submit the report to the Department of State Hospitals.(b) The Department of State Hospitals shall certify the evaluation as the official evaluation prior to providing a copy to the court or any other parties involved with the matter.Cal.
