Section 1906 - Application for Renewal of Mental Health Program Certification(a) The Department shall renew certification of the certificate holder's program based on the results of a yearly site visit by a Department representative or designee which verifies that all requirements of this chapter and requirements of the California Department of Social Services continue to be met.(b) The Department shall notify the certificate holder, in writing, of the certification renewal or non renewal with an explanation of the reasons for non renewal within sixty (60) calendar days of the site visit.(c) The Department shall notify the California Department of Social Services of the renewal certification or non renewal of certification of each CTF program.(d) Pending the issuance of a renewal certification pursuant to subsection (a) or the notification of non renewal pursuant to subsection (b), the current certification shall remain in effect.Cal.
