Section 1903 - Mental Health Program Certification of Separate Premises(a) A separate program certification is required by the Department for each CTF mental health program as described in Section 1919 that is maintained on separate premises.(b) A separate program certification is not required for separate residential units on adjoining lots provided that the certificate holder operates the mental health programs as one program using the same administrator and mental health program director.Cal.
