(a) Within 10 days following the service of a revised tally of ballots, any party may file with the regional office objections to the revised tally.(b) Service and proof of service of the objections pursuant to Section 32140 are required.(c) Objections to a revised tally of ballots shall be entertained by the Board only on the grounds of serious irregularity in the conduct of the challenged ballot count or issuance of the revised tally.Cal.
