Section 61135 - Tally of Ballots(a) Each party shall be allowed to station an authorized agent at the ballot count to verify the tally of ballots.(b) At the conclusion of the counting of ballots, the Board shall serve a tally of the ballots on each party.(c) Unless otherwise authorized by statute, a majority of the valid votes cast shall determine the outcome of the election.Cal.
