Section 16429 - Notice of Labor Compliance Program Approval(a) Notice of approval of an Awarding Body's Labor Compliance Program shall be given in the Call for Bids and in the contract or purchase order and shall also be posted at the job site. If more than one job site exists or where such posting would endanger public safety, the notice may be posted in the manner prescribed by section 16100(b) of Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations.(b) Notice of an approved Labor Compliance Program shall contain, at the minimum, the effective date of the Director's approval, a statement whether the limited exemption from prevailing wages pursuant to Labor Code Section 1771.5(a) applies to contracts under the jurisdiction of the Labor Compliance Program, a telephone number to call for inquiries, questions, or assistance with regard to the Labor Compliance Program, and the name of the agent or office administering the Labor Compliance Program.Cal.
