Section 10835 - Effect of Stipulations(a) Findings, awards and orders may be based upon stipulations of parties in open court or upon written stipulation signed by the parties.(b) No finding shall be made contrary to a stipulation of the parties without giving the parties notice and an opportunity to be heard.Cal.
