Section 5587 - Pressure Vessels(a) The normal operating pressure of the vessel shall not exceed the design pressure of the vessel.(b) Storage tanks designed to withstand pressures above 15 psig shall meet the requirements of the Unfired Pressure Vessel Safety Orders.
