Section 5494 - Design Considerations at Specific Locations(a) Roadways and yard surfaces located below liquefied hydrogen piping, from which liquid air may drip, shall be constructed of noncombustible materials.(b) If protective walls are provided, they shall be constructed of noncombustible materials and in accordance with the provisions of the definition of "Outdoor Location" (See Section 5415) as applicable.(c) Electrical wiring and equipment shall comply with Sections 5489 (a) and (b).(d) Adequate lighting shall be provided for nighttime transfer operation.
