Section 5478 - Maintenance(a) Each hydrogen system installed on consumer premises shall be inspected annually and maintained by a qualified representative of the equipment owner.(b) The area within 15 feet of any hydrogen container shall be kept free of dry vegetation and combustible material.Cal.
