Section 5431 - Liquids Used in Dip Tanks, Storage and Handling(a) The storage of flammable and combustible liquids in connection with dipping operation shall conform to the requirements of Article 141, where applicable.(b) Where portable containers are used for the replenishment of flammable liquids the tank and the container shall be electrically bonded to prevent a build-up of static electricity.Cal.
