Section 7143 - Lubricating Sheaves, Rollers, and Hoisting Equipment(a) The hoistman shall be informed immediately before lubricating or oiling operations are commenced, and again when such operations are finished.(b) (19-107) The hoist shall not be operated or moved while the sheaves, rollers, or other hoisting equipment are being lubricated, except as directed by the oiler.Cal.
