Section 7075 - (4-51). Emergency Alarm System(a) An emergency alarm system adequate to give warning to all employees underground shall be installed and maintained in good working order at all mines.(b) Where compressed air is available at all times that an employee is in the mine, it is recommended that a stench method of warning be used. Where compressed air is not available, some other warning system acceptable to the Division shall be used.(c) Warning shall be given immediately to all persons underground upon occurrence of fire or other emergency in or near the mine.Cal.
