Section 6691.1 - Controls for Manually Operated Blowout Preventers(a) Operating controls shall be located not closer than twelve feet (12') from the center line of the well bore and not closer than ten feet (10') from the drilling fluid circulating ditch or pit.(b) All controls shall be located where they can be operated from ground level or an access platform shall be provided.Cal.
