Section 42665 - Definition

As used in this Article 5 a systemwide auxiliary organization is an auxiliary organization of the California State University (a) established pursuant to section 89900et seq. of the Education Code; (b) included in the list of auxiliary organizations in good standing maintained by the chancellor pursuant to section 42406; (c) engaged in activities which are essential and integral to the mission and purpose of the California State University system; and (d) responsible to the chancellor who shall require that the systemwide auxiliary organization operate in conformity with the policy of the Board of Trustees and the policy of the chancellor.
