Section 9527 - Free Instructional Materials(a) In order to comply with the statutory requirement that publishers provide any instructional materials free of charge in this state to the same extent as that received by any state or school district in the United States, publishers shall post on their website a list of any free instructional materials that they have agreed to provide to a county office of education, district board, elementary school, middle school or high school within 10 days of entering into such an agreement. Publishers shall maintain this list on their websites through the next biennial price adjustment referenced in Education Code section 60223, at which time the statutory requirement regarding the instructional materials on the list shall end.(b) The publisher shall provide the CDE with the URL to their list of free instructional materials, and the CDE shall post on its website a direct hyperlink to the URL provided by the publisher.Cal.
