Section 17727 - Minimum Hours and Days of Operation for Part-Day CSPP

Part-day California State Preschool Program (CSPP) shall operate a minimum of three hours and up to three hours and 59 minutes per day, excluding home-to-school transportation time, and operate for a minimum of 175 days per year, unless the preschool contract specifies a lower number of days of operation.
