(a) The RPAC shall meet on a regular basis and not less than six times a calendar year. The Migrant Education Program Regional Director (Regional Director) shall designate the date, time, and location for each meeting in accordance with the school calendar and the availability of parents to attend. All meetings of the RPAC shall be called, noticed, and held in compliance with Education Code section 35147 (Greene Act).(b) Meetings in addition to those set forth in subdivision (a) may be convened as necessary by the Regional Director.(c) The following procedures shall apply to meetings of the RPAC: (1) The Regional Director or designee, in consultation with RPAC officers, shall set each meeting agenda.(2) The agenda shall be posted in accordance with Education Code section 35147 (Greene Act).(d) The Migrant Region will provide interpretation services in a language understandable to the parents during each regularly scheduled RPAC meeting.Cal.
