Section 11996.2 - American Indian Education Oversight Committee(a) The purpose of the AIEOC is to provide input and advice to the SSPI on all aspects of American Indian education programs established by the state. Members of the AIEOC shall possess proven knowledge of current educational policies relating to, and issues faced by, tribes and American Indian communities in California.(b) The AIEOC members shall serve at the pleasure of the SSPI.Cal.
