Section 6053 - Method of Submission to the Commission

The Marks-Roos Yearly Fiscal Status Report and the Marks-Roos Draw on Reserve/Default Report may be submitted to the Commission through the Commission's online submittal system and shall be considered a method equally sufficient to submittal by mail.
