Section 5194 - Project Sources and Uses and Project Costs
(a) Applications shall submit an itemized breakdown of the complete sources of construction financing; and
(b) Applications shall include a listing of permanent sources and uses or complete and submit CTCAC's Form Sources and Uses Budget or comparable documentation; and
(c) All liens to be included in the proposed financing should be itemized and a list of all liens to be paid off at closing must be provided as Disposition of Current Outstanding Liens. All non-assumed liens to be paid off at closing shall be separately listed including lender/loan, amount, disposition and corresponding exception number from the Title Report; and
(d) For rehabilitation projects, Applicants shall submit an itemized breakdown of hard construction costs labeled as Attachment 8-B.

6. Amendment refiled 5-30-2017 as an emergency pursuant to Government Code section 8869.94; operative 6-14-2017 (Register 2017, No. 22). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 9-12-2017 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
7. Reinstatement of section as it existed prior to 12-15-2016 emergency amendment by operation of Government Code section 11346.1(f) (Register 2017, No. 38).

Emergency expiration extended 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-40-20 plus an additional 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-71-20. 11. Certificate of Compliance as to 5-10-2021 order, including further amendment of subsections (b) and (c), transmitted to OAL 4-11-2022 and filed 5-23-2022; amendments operative 5-23-2022 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2022, No. 21).
