Section 5180 - Application Process

Applicants seeking an Allocation of the Qualified Residential Rental Project Pool shall be considered in accordance with the provisions of chapter 1 and the submission of a QRRP Application. If deficiencies in the application are identified by CDLAC staff, CDLAC staff shall notify the Project Sponsor and the applicant, and the applicant will have 5 days from staff-issued notification to cure the deficiencies. If, after the 5 days, the deficiencies have not been corrected, as determined by CDLAC staff, the application will be deemed incomplete.

Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 4, § 5180

6. Amendment filed 2-19-2020 as an emergency; operative 2-19-2020 (Register 2020, No. 8). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 8-17-2020 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
7. Emergency filed 2-19-2020 extended 60 days pursuant to Executive Order N-40-20 and an additional 60 days pursuant to Executive Order N-71-20 (Register 2020, No. 35). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 11-30-2021 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
10. Refiling of 12-14-2020 emergency amendment 7-6-2021; operative 7-14-2021 (Register 2021, No. 28). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 10-12-2021 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
11. Refiling of 12-14-2020 emergency amendment 10-7-2021; operative 10-13-2021 (Register 2021, No. 41). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 1-11-2022 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
12. Refiling of 2-1-2021 order on 12-3-2021 as an emergency; operative 12-3-2021 (Register 2021, No. 49). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 3-3-2022 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
