Section 1732 - Racing Costume Required(a) A driver shall be attired in his or her own driving colors or the colors of the owners of the horse, white driving trousers with leg clips and a safety helmet, when driving in any race.(b) No form of advertising including logos, labels, or product endorsements shall be permitted on a driver's attire during the running of a race.Cal.
