Section 12368.1 - Cardroom Business License Annual Fee Calculation. [Repealed]

Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 4, § 12368.1

1. New section filed 8-1-2022 as an emergency; operative 8-1-2022 (Register 2022, No. 31). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 1-30-2023 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. Refiling of 8-1-2022 emergency, including repealer of new section, on 9-30-2022 as an emergency; operative 9-30-2022 (Register 2022, No. 39). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-29-2022 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
