Section 10170.16 - Purpose

This Article implements the California School Finance Authority's administration of the Charter School Revolving Loan Fund Program (Education Code section 41365) which provides loans for Charter Schools.

Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 4, § 10170.16

1. New article 1.6 (sections 10170.16-10170.24) and section filed 2-3-2014 as an emergency; operative 2-3-2014 (Register 2014, No. 6). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 8-4-2014 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. New article 1.6 (sections 10170.16-10170.24) and section refiled 8-4-2014 as an emergency; operative 8-4-2014 (Register 2014, No. 32). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 11-3-2014 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. New article 1.6 (sections 10170.16-10170.24) and section refiled 10-27-2014 as an emergency; operative 11-3-2014 (Register 2014, No. 44). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 2-2-2015 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
4. Certificate of Compliance as to 10-27-2014 order transmitted to OAL 1-29-2015 and filed 3-10-2015 (Register 2015, No. 11).
5. Amendment filed 12-1-2016; operative 12-1-2016 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2016, No. 49).
