Section 7423 - Use of the Grant(a) Grant funds shall only be used for the purposes described in the Grant Agreement.(b) Grant funds may supplement but not supplant existing financial or resource commitments.(c) Grantee may request a change in the use of Grant funds or request an extension of the Grant Period by submitting a written request to the Authority that documents the reason(s) the change is needed and demonstrates it is consistent with Welfare and Institutions Code Section 5848.51 and this Chapter.(d) Grantee shall not make changes to the uses of Grant funds until receipt of written approval from the Authority.(e) Grantee shall not dispose of any capital asset acquired by Grant funds before the end of the useful life of the asset.Cal.
