Section 7112 - Recovery of Funds for Non-Performance and Unused Funds(a) If the Authority determines that the use of the grant funds did not comply with program requirements or the terms of the Grant Agreement for an approved Demonstration Project, the Authority may require remedies, including a return of all grant funds.(b) At the conclusion of the term of the Grant Agreement, any unexpended grant funds committed to the Demonstration Project shall be retained by the Authority.Cal.
