Section 7063 - Any Remaining Funds
(a) If there are any remaining funds after the First Funding Round, the Authority may, in its sole discretion, award Grants of those remaining funds to Applicants in the Second Funding Round in a manner that is consistent with the purpose and requirements of the Children's Hospital Program of 2008.
(b) If there are any remaining funds after the Second Funding Round, the Authority may, in its sole discretion, award Grants of those remaining funds to Applicants in a Third Funding Round in a manner that is consistent with the statutory requirements and regulations of the Children's Hospital Program of 2008.

1. New section filed 7-31-2009; operative 7-31-2009 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4 (Register 2009, No. 31).
2. Redesignation of section as subsection (a) and new subsection (b) filed 3-29-2018 as an emergency; operative 3-29-2018 (Register 2018, No. 13). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 9-25-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Redesignation of section as subsection (a) and new subsection (b) refiled 9-18-2018 as an emergency; operative 9-26-2018 pursuant to Government Code section 11346.1(d) (Register 2018, No. 38). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-26-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
4. Certificate of Compliance as to 9-18-2018 order transmitted to OAL 9-25-2018 and filed 10-31-2018 (Register 2018, No. 44).
