Section 7056 - Application Form Submission
(a) For the First Funding Round, Application Forms shall be submitted in duplicate to the Authority. The Authority shall accept Application Forms for the First Funding Round on an on-going basis until June 30, 2018. Each Applicant may apply for more than one Grant for different Projects until its Maximum Grant for the First Funding Round is reached.
(b) For the Second Funding Round, Application Forms shall be submitted in duplicate to the Authority. Subject to availability of funds, Application Forms may be submitted to the Authority for the Second Funding Round from July 1, 2018 until June 30, 2022. Each Applicant may apply for more than one Grant for different Projects.

3. Amendment refiled 9-18-2018 as an emergency; operative 9-26-2018 pursuant to Government Code section 11346.1(d) (Register 2018, No. 38). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-26-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
4. Certificate of Compliance as to 9-18-2018 order transmitted to OAL 9-25-2018 and filed 10-31-2018 (Register 2018, No. 44).
