(a) Each restricted livestock drug licensee shall establish, maintain, and adhere to store-specific written operating procedures for the receipt, storage, inventory, sale, and disposition of California prescription drugs.(b) Each qualified individual employed by a restricted livestock drug licensee shall receive training on the licensee's store-specific written operating procedures.(c) All records pertaining to this section: (1) Shall be retained for a period of not less than three (3) years from the date of creation.(2) Are subject to audit by the Department and shall be made available to the Department upon request.Cal.
