(a) Registered transporters and licensees shall be responsible for assuring that company management and all employees directly involved with transporting inedible kitchen grease are familiar with State laws pertaining to inedible kitchen grease.(b) Each registered transporter shall be responsible for compliance with State laws pertaining to inedible kitchen grease by all drivers employed by the registrant and for compliance with State laws by all vehicles owned or under the control of the registrant.(c) Registered transporters are responsible for informing the Department, in writing, within ten (10) business days, of all additions and deletions of drivers and/or vehicles used to transport inedible kitchen grease.(d) Violations of State laws pertaining to inedible kitchen grease by an employee of a registrant or licensee while working for the registrant or licensee shall be considered a violation by the registrant or licensee and shall make the registration or license subject to revocation or suspension.Cal.
