Section 1180.3.4 - Public Member(a) The public member shall represent the interests of the general public in all matters coming before the board and shall have the same voting and other rights and immunities as industry members of the board.(b) The public member shall be a citizen and resident of this state.(c) The public member shall not be a renderer, inedible kitchen grease transporter, or collection center operator and shall not have any financial interest in any renderer, inedible kitchen grease transporter, or collection center, and must comply with the experience and expertise requirements of section 19218(c) of the Food and Agricultural Code.Cal.
