Section 1180.3.1 - Enforcement Fees
(a) The fee for rendering establishments is $7,000.
(b) The fee for collection centers is $3,500, plus $500 per vehicle, up to a maximum total of $7,000 per collection center.
(c) The fee per registered transporter of inedible kitchen grease for commercial use is $500 per single vehicle, not to exceed $7,000 for 10 or more vehicles.
(d) The fee per registered transporter of inedible kitchen grease for personal noncommercial use is $125 per single vehicle.
