Section 458 - Fruit Imitation Ice Cream and Ice Milk(a) Fruit imitation ice cream is imitation ice cream containing not less than 3 percent by weight of clean, mature, sound fruit or the juice thereof.(b) Fruit imitation ice milk is imitation ice milk containing not less than 3 percent by weight of clean, mature, sound fruit or the juice thereof.Cal.
