(a) A consolidated permit agency may charge and collect additional fees pursuant to 71026 of the Public Resources Code.(b) In the event that the consolidated permit process is terminated prior to the issuance of a consolidated permit, the consolidated permit agency may charge a fee to recover the costs incurred in executing the duties of the consolidated permit agency prior to the termination of the process.Cal.
