Section 3020.1 - Contract Requirements(a) All contracts, and any amendments thereto, executed between a manufacturer and a Design Approval Agency, shall be in writing, and the agency or agencies shall submit a copy of each contract or amendment thereto to the department no later than ten (10) days after the effective date of the contract.(b) In the event of cancellation of any contract executed between a manufacturer and a Design Approval Agency, the design Approval Agency or Quality Assurance Agency shall notify the department in writing no later than ten (10) days after the cancellation. The written notice shall include an explanation of the circumstances which led to the cancellation by the manufacturer or the Design Approval Agency or Quality Assurance Agency.Cal. Code Regs.
