Section 3972 - "Revision of Bacterial Water Quality Objectives for Ocean Waters."Regional Board Resolution No. 97-20, adopted on April 18, 1997, by the Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board (SARWQCB), modified the regulatory provisions of the Water Quality Control Plan for the Santa Ana River Basin by deleting ocean water bacterial objectives for water contact recreation and shellfish harvesting and continuing to incorporate by reference the objectives contained in the Water Quality Control Plan for Ocean Waters (Ocean Plan).
