Section 3949.6 - Amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the Sacramento River and San Joaquin River Basins to Revise Water Quality Objectives for PH and TurbidityThe Water Quality Control Plan was amended to delete the parts of the pH objective that limit the change in pH to 0.5 units and the allowance of averaging periods for pH. The amendment also limits turbidity to no more than two Nephelometric Turbidity Units (NTUs) when the natural turbidity is less than one NTU.
