Section 3921 - Revised Beneficial Use DefinitionsThe 1994 Water Quality Control Plan for the Central Coast Region (Basin Plan) was amended in September 1994 resulting in revisions to the definitions for the following beneficial uses: Freshwater Replenishment (FRSH), Navigation (NAV), Estuarine Habitat (EST), and Shellfish Harvesting (SHELL).
