Section 2250 - Reportable Quantity for Sewage(a) For the purposes of Section 13271 of the Water Code, a reportable quantity for sewage is defined to be any unauthorized discharge of 1,000 gallons or more.(b) For the purposes of Section 13271, an unauthorized discharge is defined to be a discharge, not regulated by waste discharge requirements, of treated, partially treated, or untreated wastewater resulting from the intentional or unintentional diversion of wastewater from a collection, treatment or disposal systems.Cal.
