Section 1070.5 - Statements of Water Diversion and Use for Cannabis Cultivation(a) A person who files a statement of water diversion and use pursuant to division 2, part 5.1 (commencing with section 5100) of the Water Code that reports water was used for cannabis cultivation, shall pay to the board a filing fee of $200.Cal.
