Section 3701.2 - Examination Results(a) Within 90 days after an examination, the Office of Operator Certification shall send a notice of the examination results in writing to the applicant.(b) An applicant who fails an examination may be eligible to take a subsequent examination upon submitting the examination application and examination fee as prescribed in article 10. Requests for reexamination shall be received by the final filing date set forth in section 3701(a).(c) Passing examination results are valid for four years from the date on the notice of the examination results.Cal.
