Section 2723 - Preliminary Site Assessment Phase(a) The Preliminary Site Assessment Phase includes, at a minimum, initial site investigation, initial abatement actions and initial site characterization in accordance with Sections 2652, 2653, and 2654 of Article 5 and any interim remedial actions taken in accordance with Section 2722(b) of this Article.(b) Implementation of any of the interim remedial actions or any of the activities included in the Preliminary Site Assessment Phase shall constitute initiation of corrective action.Cal.
