Section 608.1 - Unauthorized Encroachments

Upon discovery of an unauthorized use, activity or encroachment, as described in these regulations, an officer, employee or authorized representative of the Department may require the owner to remove the encroachment or abate the activity pursuant to Water Code Section 12899.5 and Article 9 of these regulations.
