Section 466 - Priority List Procedures(a) The Department of Health, with the advice of the Department, may at any time assign a project to a higher priority in case of an emergency when improvements are needed to enable a system to produce a safe water. All agencies affected by the change in priorities will be notified of the change by the Department of Health.(b) The Department of Health shall revise the priority listing of suppliers at least annually after public notice and hearing and with the advice of the Department.Cal.
