Section 450.9 - Certification of Completion(a) Upon completion of the project, the agency shall provide certification by a civil engineer, registered pursuant to California law, that the project has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and any modifications thereto in accordance with the executed contract, as amended.(b) The agency shall be responsible for maintaining as-built plans and specifications until the loan is repaid to the State.Cal.
